Carrera is back with a new claim: Shine On. A hymn to living life with intensity and personality, as if radiating a strong interior light that glows like an aura around the campaign protagonists. Integrated both on offline and online media, the campaign consists of worldwide outdoor and press planning, Flickr sets, MySpace and Twitter accounts and a Facebook page with its ad hoc sharable applications. For example, The sun is everywhere” allows users to view the sun in three different time-zones: dawn, midday and sunset and dedicate it to their contacts. Another goodie is “Mirror of Truth”, the first Facebook app ever that allows users to virtually try on Carrera glasses and apply a “Shine On” light effect on the output picture in order to enter the “Shine On Community”.
