Patricio J. Vittori
Director of Global Operations, MRM Buenos AiresPatricio Vittori is the Director of Global Operations at MRM Worldwide, Buenos Aires. Patricio coordinates and manages the PMs and Developers teams assigned to Offshore Operations. Patricio has been working for MRM since 1999, where he has been in charge of the Call Center operations. In 2003 he began to manage the DB Department, serving a multi-national regional campaign for Nestlé-Purina. He was responsible for the CRM Project, including a great variety of channels which enabled a regional (LAAM) management of the program. Since 2006 Patricio has been in charge of offshore operations for major clients such as Nestlé Purina, GM, Microsoft, Exxon Mobil, Bertolli, and Mastercard, among others.
Prior to joining MRM, Patricio was working for major international banks such as BNL and Socimer (Swiss fiduciary group), leading the Communications and Software Development Departments. Patricio is a Systems Analyst, having graduated from the Universidad de Belgrano. He was born 42 years ago in Buenos Aires.
