Global Leadership

Michèle earned an MBA from the Rouen Business School in France. She joined the McCann group in 1990. She created McCann Direct, which became McCann Communications, and is now known as MRM. Today MRM France is a $32 million agency, one of the top 3 in France, with clients such as Total, L’Oréal, Nestlé, Nespresso, Michelin, Microsoft, and Canal Plus.
In 2006, she became Chairman and President of McCann Worldgroup in France, with the distinction of being the first country manager within McCann Worldgroup to come from a discipline other than advertising. Her main task has been to rebuild the declining advertising agency, McCann Paris, and to succeed with the digital turnaround of Worldgroup and MRM.
Prior to McCann, Michèle was the General Manager of Téquila (TBWA) for four years and spent another five years in the United States working for a local agency.
Michèle is married with two children.
