Global Leadership
Linda Sorbera
EVP, Global Human Resources DirectorLinda has more than 20 years of leadership experience directing the Human Resources function. For MRM, she is responsible for all areas of employee relations, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee training and organizational development. Linda is adept at communicating, mediating, and upholding company policies, while holding a high level of professionalism and people skills.
She began her HR career before joining The Interpublic Group of Companies. But at IPG, Linda was Director of Employee Benefits for all of IPG’s subsidiaries, leading the successful implementation, communication and transition of IPG’s HR and benefits programs to newly acquired IPG companies. Linda joined McCann Worldgroup in 1999, where she was responsible for the management of HR functions for all of the Worldgroup disciplines. In 2004, she joined MRM Worldwide.
Linda received her MS in Organizational Development from the New School University in New York City, and her BS from Montclair State University in New Jersey. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
